You may pay in cash or a normal Debit card or by Bank Transfer. 

We may deliver the car at the airport, in the hotel or at our main branch office in Funchal city.

We have TWO type of insurance: >>> CDW (Basic Insurance Cover) This is the mandatory basic insurance required, however in case of any accident or damage a fee of 1.800,00€ + Tax will apply. However it will not cover the Driver in case of negligence or misconduct forwarding full responsibility to the Driver for the total amount of the repair. >>> SCDW ( Premium Insurance Cover) activated only by the Client during the booking process, limiting your liability to a maximum of 300,00€ + Tax in the the event of any Accident/Damage during the rental period. However it will not cover the Driver in case of negligence or misconduct, or damage to the clutch system forwarding full responsibility to the Driver for the total amount of the repair.

You will receive an automatic email from our website with a summary of your reservation and your order number. This does not mean that your reservation has been confirmed. It is only valid after confirmation from us. If you do not receive any response, please contact us via email booking@expresscarrental.com – also check your spam folder.

Yes, the reservation can be made in a name even if it is not the name of the driver.

Be 23 years old and have at least 1 year of valid driving license.
