You may pay in cash or a normal Debit card or by Bank Transfer. 

 

We may deliver the car at the airport, in the hotel or at our main branch office in Funchal city.

We have TWO type of insurance: >>> CDW (Basic Insurance Cover) – REQUIRES A DEPOSIT OF 1.500€ in the delivery day – This is the mandatory basic insurance included in all car prices announced at the website . However in case of any accident or damage a fee of 1.500€ will apply.  This amount is fully reimbursable, except in case of any acident/damage.This is a NON FLEXIBLE rate. 

We highly recommend to upgrade to SCDW Insurance cover.

 Important: It will not cover the Driver in case of negligence or misconduct forwarding full responsibility to the Driver for the total amount of the repair. 

>>> SCDW ( Premium Insurance Cover) – DEPOSIT WAIVER, you will NOT be required to make any DEPOSITS. In case of any accident or damage, there is a obligatory excess fee of 150€. 

Again, it will not cover the Driver in case of negligence or misconduct or damage to the clutch system forwarding full responsibility to the Driver for the total amount of the repair.

You will receive an automatic email from our website with a summary of your reservation and your order number, it will show as “PENDING” This does not mean that your reservation has been confirmed. It is only valid after confirmation from us. If approved you will receive another automated email shown as “CONFIRMED” If you do not receive any response, please contact us via phone (Whatsapp) +351 966 890 639 OR by email booking@expresscarrental.com – also check your spam folder.Company will not refund any money paid upon the reservation process

Yes, the reservation can be made in a name even if it is not the name of the driver.

Be 21 years old and have at least 1 year of valid driving license.
